Gnome 3 Shell final en Español Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal y Suse 11.4
Nuevo escritorio. Gnome 3 Shell final Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal y Suse 11.4, en Español, 6 de Abril de 2011, creo que este sera el primer vídeo de Gnome 3 Shell con Ubuntu 11.04 y en Español, que yo sepa, hay vídeos con Suse y Fedora, se nota porque no tienen LibreOffice etc, por las dificultades que tiene grabar el escritorio, fallan los programas conocidos, si desconoces la forma y como convertir los archivos shell-xxxxxxxx.webm a vídeo.avi, haré un vídeo explicando la forma de hacerlo. Lo que pueda saber se comparte, como otros hacen conmigo. Como instalarlo y configurarlo sin problemas, idioma, escritorio Awn etc. Comandos para instalar Gnome 3 Shell Ubuntu 11.04. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3 sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get dist-upgrade Actualizamos todos los paquetes. En algunos casos es necesario instalar también estos paquetes. sudo apt-get install gnome3-session sudo apt-get install gnome-shell No olvides esto en algunos casos es necesario. Nos logeamos y elegimos Ubuntu GNOME Shell Desktop , no saldrá directamente, elegimos otro pulsamos cancelar, o intro sin poner la contraseña, lo podemos hacer con nuestro usuario si no tiene la contraseña por defecto, después podremos elegir la opción de Ubuntu GNOME Shell Desktop. Si los anteriores comandos no funcionasen utiliza estos, hay algunos para instalar Gnome 3 Shel, que antes funcionaban y actualmente no, estos si funcionan. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3 sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade sudo apt-get install gnome-shell Tener en cuenta la resolución de pantalla o se vera mal. No funcionara de no ser superior a 1024 x 768 (4:3) La que funciona en mi caso es 1366 x 768 (16:9) en otras resoluciones se vera mal, esta solución para muchos que lo han intentado y no funciona es la adecuada. Para desinstalar Gnome 3 Shell sudo apt-get install ppa-purge sudo ppa-purge ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3 Para probar Gnome 3 Shell en modo Live-Cd.Fedora y Suse, mejor Suse, puedes elegir el idioma Español. http://www.genbeta.com/actualidad/probando-gnome-shell-desde-live-cd Página de Apoyo a La Comunidad Internacional del Software Libre como candidata a los Premios Príncipe de Asturias 2011 en la modalidad Cooperación Internacional. http://www.cenatic.es/swlppa Para grabar el escritorio de Gnome 3 Shell Pulsa estas 5 teclas a la vez Control+Windows+alt+shift +r a veces también funciona con, Control+alt+shift +r, Para parar las mismas teclas, de todas formas al rato se para solo, la primera vez dura más, para convertir a otro formato utiliza Devede Para cambiar algunas cosas de la interfaz instalar este paquete. sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool Para los que tengan Gnome 3 Shell o quieran tenerlo. Actualizando el sistema, antes no se podía, instalando unity y o unity 2 D desde Gestor de paquetes Synaptic, yo tengo los dos, ya podemos tener los dos escritorios en distintas sesiones Unity y Gnome 3 Shell, con todos los efectos del Compiz cubo girando etc en la sesión de Unity, probado y funcionando perfectamente, cuando tenga tiempo haré un vídeo. Ya no es necesario elegir uno u otro puedes tener los dos, no olvidar que no se instala Gnome o desinstalaras Gnome 3 Shell.

Install Drupal on your Windows desktop computer using WAMP Server
Installing Drupal 7 on your Windows 7 Desktop Computer: Step 1 - Go to http://www.drupal.org/ and download & open the latest version of drupal. It should come in either a *.zip or a *.tar.gz compressed folder. Step 2 - Go to http://www.wampserver.com and download the latest version of WAMP Server. WAMP stands for Windows, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (phpmyadmin). Step 3 - Install WAMP Server. Launch it after it has finished its install. Click the system tray icon that appears, and click "Start All Services" Step 4 - Click the WAMP server icon again in the system tray. Click on "localhost" - This should open a new browser window and take you to a WAMP server page. At the bottom of the page click on "phpmyadmin" and login as root. Create a new database and remember the name, don't forget this will be case sensitive. Step 5 - Open your file manager and navigate to C:wampwww - This is the folder that WAMP stores it's html and website files. Create a new directory here. You can call it anything you'd like. I called mine Drupal Step 6 - Copy the contents of the Drupal compressed folder you downloaded to this directory. Once this is finished, click reload in your browser. Under "My Projects" there should be a link to the directory you just created. Click that. Step 7 - After clicking on your directory under My Projects, you should be forwarded to a Drupal install page. Remember to put in your database name (that you created in phpmyadmin) exactly how you did before. It's case sensitive. Your login will be "root". You will not need a password if you did not create one for the database. Step 8 - Wait for the install to happen, and follow along with the steps. ie put in information about the site when it asks. When it is finished, the drupal site should be up and running! Thanks for tuning in! **As a side note, this will also work for Windows Vista, and Windows XP.
